By scheduling a consultation or engaging our digital marketing services from Robyn Lea Lloyd Digital Marketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment terms vary by service type. Monthly retainers are due at the beginning of each month. Project-based work requires 50% deposit before commencement. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved payment plans. Ad spend budgets are managed separately and billed monthly.
By engaging our services, you consent to the digital marketing strategies and campaigns recommended. All campaign plans will be discussed with you, including objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes. You have the right to request modifications to any recommended strategy.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the digital marketing services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Campaign performance is subject to market conditions and platform algorithm changes beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
