To request a refund, please contact our office within 14 days of the service delivery date. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Advertising spend on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable as these funds are paid directly to the platforms. We can provide detailed reporting on ad spend allocation and performance upon request.
