General Policy

We strive to provide excellent digital marketing services and client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Services not delivered as agreed upon in the contract
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Cancelled strategy sessions with proper notice
  • Campaign performance significantly below agreed benchmarks (case-by-case basis)

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Strategy consultations and audits already delivered
  • Custom creative assets (graphics, videos, copy)
  • Third-party advertising spend (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Monthly retainer work already performed

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our office within 14 days of the service delivery date. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Third-Party Platform Considerations

Advertising spend on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable as these funds are paid directly to the platforms. We can provide detailed reporting on ad spend allocation and performance upon request.
